No. AlkaPay is software that runs on your own WordPress server. Payments flow directly from your customer's M-Pesa to your Paybill or Till under your agreement with Safaricom. We never process, hold, or route funds — and we charge no transaction fees.
It adds a complete manual M-Pesa payment option to WooCommerce: your Paybill or Buy Goods (Till) number is shown at checkout, the customer pays from their phone and enters the M-Pesa transaction code, and you verify it from your admin. No API credentials needed.
